Ingredients:
2 cups sugar1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 can (1 pound 13 ounces) peaches and juice
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions: Combine all ingredients
except pecans in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, blend thoroughly.
Stir in pecans. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 ¼ hours.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Slide knife around the sides of the pan to loosen
the cake. Invert. Cool. Enjoy! ~ Chef
