Ingredients:
2 lb. Ore-Ida Southern Style Hash Browns (thawed)
2 lb. Ore-Ida Southern Style Hash Browns (thawed)
1-10 ¾ oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted)
2 cups (16 oz.) Sour Cream
1/3 cup Green Onions (chopped)
2 cups Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 ½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 stick of Butter
Directions: Combine soup, sour cream, onions
and cheese. Melt ½ stick of butter, mix into soup and sour cream mixture. Add potatoes and stir. Put potato mixture in 9" x 12" x 2" buttered baking dish.
