Ingredients:
- 4-6 Roma tomatoes, cut into large chunks
- 1 jalapeno pepper (more if you like it HOT)
- 1/2 white onion, cut into large chunks
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro, rinsed
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper
Put first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Add water until tomatoes are almost covered. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tomatoes are tender. Add more water if too much water evaporates. Now pour everything into a blender and add salt and pepper. Blend till the consistency of your choice. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips or veggies.
