INGREDIENTS:
8 large ripe strawberries
(topped, hulled and washed)
1/2 cup whole milk
(I never said it was lo-cal)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 T. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
6 ice cubes, crushed
DIRECTIONS: In a blender combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Toss in the ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Yummy! ~ Chef ~
