Can you believe it is already time to start picking things from the garden? Yesterday I put up in the freezer fresh onions for future use. They smelled wonderful! They would have been really good with a pot of pinto beans. Since I didn't have a pot cooked I figured
I would go ahead and freeze them at their peak. They will cook well this winter in homemade soup, meatloaf or spaghetti. It won't be long before tomatoes and cucumbers are ready for picking. ~ Chef Wilkinson ~
