I am sure all of you Chefs out there have cookbooks and recipes galore. I am guilty of this too. I have cookbooks of every kind ... Southern cookbooks, Italian cookbooks, Desserts only cookbooks, etc. I even have my own cookbook titled, "Blue Cooler Recipes". There's a reason behind the name and one day I will blog about it. Now that I have shared with you my Potatoes Ro*Tel recipe I want to hear one of your unique Potato Recipes. Don't let me down I want to hear from you.
