Pork Loin with Mushroom-Onion Gravy. In about an hour or so it will be smelling wonderful in here! Too bad we don't have smell-a-blog. Tomorrow we will be having Slow-Cooked Pork Loin with Mushroom-Onion Gravy, Cream Potatoes and Sweet Peas for lunch. Lunch today we had Pork Chops and Eggs.
